Mould Construction
We collaborate in the design and development of moulds for our customers, as well as their subsequent maintenance and conservation. We also have a good number of our own moulds, especially for specific parts for markets such as furniture and construction.
Formulation and Selection of Pellets
We have within our group a company specialised in the production of pellets, which gives us the knowledge and facilities to test different formulations of raw materials to achieve an optimum product, as well as the special colourings and finishes required.
R+D+I Laboratory
We research and provide innovative solutions to production processes, as well as test the properties of our profiles as a final point in our quality controls. In this way we guarantee that the characteristics of the manufactured parts conform to the required specifications.
Pad Printing
If you need decorated profiles, with any motif, colouring or layout, our technicians are at your service to ensure that the finished product faithfully matches the designs you provide us with or those we develop exclusively for you.
Technology
We have a modern and varied fleet of extruders and auxiliary machining equipment, which allows us to optimise the production of each profile by dedicating the most suitable machinery to its shape, size and weight characteristics.
Handling
We have a section for handling and special processes, in charge of offering delivery solutions adapted to your needs.
